China Garden Restaurant in Monte Vista

Food was delicious. It was served hot. Had crispy honey chick mmmmm so good. Hubby had pepper steak he loved it. People are very friendly. So glad we chose to eat here. Thank you China Garden for such a good meal in our long travels.

Great service and great food

We eat there every few months. The owners are very nice and will serve, seat or check you out after your meal. The service is prompt, the food is consistently good, and you won't leave hungry. This is a good place for a quick bite or a big group. I always enjoy it when I go there.

Absolutely delicous authentic chinese food at reasonable prices. The portions are huge and do easily serve two people. Very friendly staff adds to the experience. Definetly a recommendation!

Best Chinese in the San Luis Valley

An amazing find! Some of the best Chinese food you'll find in CO. Crab wontons were light and handmade, the sweet and sour was NOT covered in corn syrup, the orange chicken nice and crunchy. All-around handmade and delicious. We had it delivered so can't speak to the restaurant, but service was fast and friendly.

This is a great Authentic Chinese Food place to visit, and Eat. They have a Lunch Buffet every Day for about $10.00 ea. All You can Eat. And a Great Menu filled with everything. Cooked to Order. They even have Take Out. Open everyday except Tuesday. The Owner, His Wife, And Parents. Run, and Cook. They are Very Friendly. The Food is Mouth Watering. Delicious. Come in and give them a Try, you'll become a Frequent customer for Ljfe.

Wow!! We were wanting Chinese food and this place was rated so high we gave it a shot. We went in a few minutes before 2, which is when the buffet was supposed to end, but they still had the buffet out and it was still hot, fresh and delicious! We loved everything on the buffet! The service was fantastic and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here anytime we travel through town again!

I am new to the area and learned they deliver to my house. LOVE the food. I ordered Wonton soup, Pork Lo Mein, Fried Rice and Steamed Dumplings. So good, wonderful wonderful! The food was very fresh and fast delivery. Great wonton soup! Huge Portions much better than Hunan in Alamosa! Love and will be ordering again. The delivery guy was very friendly and I was able to pay at my door without having to read my card over the phone. Love everything about this place

We are from NE and wanted to have Chinese Buffet on our visit to Colorado, found this restaurant on Google and so glad we went there! Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. Seemed higher quality than avarage buffets.They took great care of us. Highly recommend!

The general tso chicken is really good, lots of veggies and a tasty thinner sauce. Also the fried rice is really good. Overall a blessing for Monte Vista!

There aren't a lot of options around here that aren't Mexican food so this can be a welcome change every now and then. The food is tasty and the portions are huge so it's hard to beat for the price. Great option for anyone passing through or living here.
